This course focuses on all of the different conflicts in the transaction: representing competing buyers or sellers, buying property for yourself that is listed with the MLS, Disclosed Dual Agency or defaulting to Facilitator. Also covered in the material are conflicts in the negotiating process including material vs. non-material fact disclosures.
